Main features 

* The lower die adopts high-precision positioning ring limit to control the height of the battery package, so as to avoid damage to the sealing cup in case the package pressure is too large and unstable.

* The inner ring of the upper mold sealing cup is provided with a screw spring top center mechanism to ensure that the battery cannot be removed when the battery is sealed. Just twist the top screw to force the button battery out.

* Built-in safety overflow valve, can adjust the pressure as needed, and can set the upper pressure limit to prevent damage caused by excessive pressure caused by misoperation, ensuring the safety of the machine.

* Inline pressure gauge can observe and accurately control the sealing pressure.

  • Battery placement: In the mold opening state, put the battery into the lower mold positioning groove, the negative side is facing up, put it straight, hold the oil discharge valve hand wheel, screw it clockwise, rotate to the limited position can.
  • Battery sealing: The hand crank is constantly swaying up and down, and the jack rises and presses the moving template to close the mold. When the pressure gauge reading of the package pressure is about 80-100kg/cm2, the battery package is realized.
  • Remove the battery:hold the oil discharge valve handwheel and turn it a half turn counterclockwise, the sealing mold will open automatically. After the mold is opened, the battery can be taken out. (The hand wheel has a limit point in the direction of the reverse direction, which can be detached from the rotation and cause the ball seal ring of the oil discharge valve to escape, and the oil leakage phenomenon).
  • Battery seal height limit adjustment:Loosen the 4-machine meter screw on the side of the seal limit nut, and adjust the height by rotating the nut to limit the height of the battery seal. After adjusting, tighten the side machine screw.

Maintenance & Equipment Care Electrolytes are highly corrosive materials, therefore, the die set must be cleaned with ethanol after the completion of each experiment in order to avoid any corrosion damages. Also turn the hydraulic valve to Lock position when not in use.

Application Notes Attention: The built-in small hydraulic pump is not designed for holding high pressure. The pressure inside will be released gradually after reaching 50~80 Kg/cm^2, (which is sufficient for assembling the coin cell).
