Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returning battery materials purchased from Xnergy. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Period: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: Only products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Exclusions: Customized items, special orders, and hazardous materials (e.g., electrolyte solutions, air-sensitive powders) are not eligible for return or refund unless a product defect or error is confirmed.
  • Order Confirmation: Once a quotation has been confirmed by the customer through a Purchase Order (PO), written confirmation, or any equivalent formal order and the order has entered the shipping process (including preparation, production, or packaging), no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted for any non-quality-related reasons.

2. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Packaging: Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on your return package and that all original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included.
  • Restocking Fee & Conditions: 25% restocking fee may be applied to any returned items, and all returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused and include all original packaging materials. All items must be received before a refund or exchange can be processed (freight forwarding returns are not accepted). Please allow up to two weeks for processing. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Opened consumable products may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Restocking Fee

  • Fee Application: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns that are not the result of a shipping error, product defect, or fulfillment mistake on our part.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Hazardous Materials: When returning hazardous materials, please comply with all applicable shipping regulations.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Notification: If your order arrives damaged or you identify a defect, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Provide supporting photographs and relevant batch/lot numbers.
  • Resolution: After evaluation, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the circumstances.

6. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Right to Deny: We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product is found to be used, altered, or not in a resalable condition.

7. International Orders

  • International Orders: For international shipments, once the order has been confirmed and shipped, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted for any non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to shipping costs, customs duties, or local market price differences.
  • Additional Conditions: Additional restrictions may apply to returns for international orders, particularly for materials classified as hazardous or those requiring export documentation.

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
