
The Xnergy 4-Jar 1L Planetary Ball Mill is a compact, high-performance laboratory milling system designed for fine grinding, mixing, homogenization, and mechanical alloying of small-batch samples. It is widely used in battery materials research, nanomaterials, ceramics, metallurgy, and advanced functional materials R&D.
Featuring a vertical planetary motion with impact and friction forces, this ball mill enables efficient particle size reduction down to the sub-micron and nanometer scale. The system supports simultaneous processing of up to four samples, ensuring excellent experimental efficiency and reproducibility.
An oil-sealed main disk structure combined with advanced noise-reduction design significantly improves operational stability and reduces running noise, making it well suited for continuous laboratory use. Optional vacuum milling jars and cooling or liquid nitrogen treatment further extend its capability for air-sensitive or temperature-sensitive materials.
