1. Product Description

This product is a patented device independently developed, specifically designed for punching processes. Equipped with dies of various specifications, it can punch holes or cut discs from thin film materials. With a compact and ingenious design, and easy die replacement, it is especially suitable for punching and cutting battery electrodes, current collectors, and separator films with thicknesses ranging from 0.005 mm to 0.5 mm.

2. Optional Dies

Die sizes can be customized from Φ3 mm to Φ24 mm according to customer requirements.

  • The upper die adopts high-precision linear guide rails, ensuring high cutting precision and no burrs, sharp edges, or indentations.

  • Supports punching various battery electrode materials with thicknesses from 0.005 mm to 0.5 mm.

  • Compact size and easy operation; flexible and quick die replacement; can be operated conveniently even inside glove boxes with an inner diameter over Φ200 mm.
