Li/Li Composite Strip and Collector Composite Foil Customization

1. We can customize single-sided nickel plating, double-sided nickel plating, and one-sided copper plating composite foil according to customer requirements.
2. We can produce Li foil (1 μm–80 μm) × collector width (≤350 mm) within the composite range of Li–collector composite foil products.
3. We can produce Li foil thickness (20 μm–80 μm) × collector foil width (≤350 mm) within the composite range of collector–Li composite foil products.
4. The collector can be aluminum foil or copper foil, or replaced according to customer needs with punching aluminum mesh, punching copper mesh, fine copper mesh, fine aluminum mesh, stainless steel mesh, etc. Customers can also provide collector substrates, which we process into collector–Li composite foil.
5. Li foil can be plated to form alloy foil. We can also customize alloy foil composite foil such as Li–Al, Li–Cu, Li–Ni, Li–Mg, Li–Zn, Li–Ag, and develop binary, ternary, quaternary and multi-component alloy–collector composite foils according to customer requirements.

Appearance

The surface is smooth and glossy, free from oil stains and other contaminants, with no visible oxide or fluoride layers, no visible creases, cracks, or scratches. Slight processing marks are permissible.

Applications

This product is mainly used as a negative electrode for lithium metal secondary batteries.
