Li-Cu Composite Foil Custom Development

1. We can customize the development of Li-Al, Li-Sn, Li-Si, Li-Zn, Li-Mg, Li-In, Li-Ag and other lithium-copper composite foils based on customer requirements.
   According to customer drawings, we can develop binary, ternary, quaternary, and other multi-element lithium-copper composite foils.
   2. Double-sided and single-sided coated composite foils can be produced based on customer requirements.
   3. Composite foil products with lithium layer thickness (20μm~80μm) × composite foil width (≤350mm) can be produced.
   4. Copper substrates can be replaced with punched copper mesh, perforated stainless steel mesh, etched mesh, etc.
   Customers can also provide current collector substrates to be processed into Li/collector composite foils.

Product Appearance

The surface is smooth and glossy, with no oil stains or other foreign matter. No visible oxide or hydroxide films are present.
No visible pinholes, wrinkles, creases, or tears. Minor process marks are allowed.

Application

This product is mainly used as the negative electrode material for lithium metal secondary batteries.
