The HHO hydrogen-oxygen generator uses water as the raw material. Through electrolysis, water molecules (H₂O) are decomposed into hydrogen and oxygen gases. Hydrogen is combustible, while oxygen supports combustion. When ignited together, they form a high-temperature hydrogen-oxygen flame.

The Hydrogen-Oxygen Flame Sealing Machine features the following advantages:

  5. Pressure Protection System – The system automatically stops gas production when pressure reaches 0.2 MPa and automatically resumes when pressure drops below 0.08 MPa.

Multiple Safety Protection Mechanisms – The flame torch includes a built-in flashback arrestor; additional flashback arrestors are installed in the pipeline; the machine features an internal wet-type anti-backfire system, pressure control, and pressure relief system to ensure maximum operational safety.

  7. Graphical Display Interface – Real-time operating status is displayed visually, and fault alarms are shown directly on the screen.

  8. Ultra-High Flame Temperature – The hydrogen-oxygen flame reaches temperatures up to 3000°C, making it an ideal solution for quartz melting applications.
