Ultrasonic Metal Spot Welder (Intelligent Digital Type) XN-UMW-1000

I. Product Introduction
The ultrasonic tab metal spot welding machine is suitable for metal welding in both winding and stacking processes. It features compact size, attractive appearance, convenient operation, a sturdy structure, and stable and safe performance.

II. Working Principle
Using the principle of ultrasonic high-frequency vibration friction, the energy generated by ultrasonic vibration is converted into friction energy and transmitted to the metal surface to be welded. While friction generates heat, pressure is simultaneously applied, activating the metal molecular structure and forming a fused molecular layer between the materials.

III. Main Features
Touchscreen interface provides intuitive and convenient operation with automatic frequency tracking.
No oxidation marks. Ultrasonic welding has a cleaning function; even if the metal surface has contaminants or oxide layers, welding can still be performed without surface treatment.
Workpieces require no pre-treatment, and no solder, flux, or additives are needed, making the process economical and convenient.
Welding time is very short, typically completed within 0.01–2 seconds.
Weld joints are strong. The working temperature does not exceed the annealing temperature, so the metallographic structure of the workpiece remains unchanged. The welding strength is higher than that achieved by other welding methods, and the weld interface is neat and clean.
Adopts advanced constant current and constant voltage circuit technology with continuously adjustable ultrasonic amplitude.
Uses an intelligent ICS cabinet control system with secondary ultrasonic function, including system self-check at startup, intelligent amplitude segmentation, and automatic tracking.
The welding head mechanical structure adopts a German-style X-guide rail design with extremely high precision.
Protection systems include voltage protection (power supply range 220V–250V) without affecting output power and working frequency during automatic voltage balancing, overload protection, overcurrent protection, automatic compensation for unstable power frequency, and welding overload protection signal feedback.

VI. Maintenance Method
Frequently wipe the equipment with a soft cloth soaked in alcohol to keep it clean.
Lubricate the moving parts with oil regularly to ensure smooth operation.
If the equipment is not used for a long time, clean the surface of the moving components and apply anti-rust oil for protection.
Regularly inspect the screws, nuts, pins, and other fasteners of the machine to prevent loosening and avoid equipment failure or personal injury.

VII. Precautions
During operation, it is strictly prohibited to place hands or any part of the body into the moving parts or hazardous working areas to avoid personal injury. Only one operator is allowed during operation to prevent accidental injury.
Non-technical personnel and unauthorized personnel are not allowed to disassemble the equipment.
