Product Description
Dispersant 2060 is usually a surfactant with a specific molecular structure, which may contain hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups. In the battery system, its molecular structure enables it to be directionally adsorbed on the surface of active material particles and play a dispersing role.
Improve electrode uniformity: After using dispersant 2060, when the electrode slurry is coated on the current collector, the active material is more evenly distributed, which helps to form an electrode with a uniform structure, reduces the thickness and density differences on the electrode surface, and improves the consistency during battery charging and discharging. Improve battery cycle performance: Evenly dispersed active materials can ensure that lithium ions are more evenly embedded and extracted during the charging and discharging process, reducing problems such as poor lithium ion transmission caused by local active material agglomeration, thereby improving the cycle life of the battery. Improve battery rate performance: Due to the uniform dispersion of active materials, the electron and ion transmission paths are smoother. When the battery is charged and discharged at a high rate, it can better cope with the impact of high current and improve the rate performance.

Handling and Storage
Storage Environment: Store in a sealed condition, control the temperature
between 5 – 45°C, keep the humidity below 85%, and avoid direct sunlight. If
