This aluminum-coated funnel spring is designed for coin cell battery assembly, offering improved corrosion resistance and stable electrochemical performance compared to standard stainless-steel springs. The 304 stainless steel spring is coated with 99.9% purity aluminum to a thickness of 1 μm, providing better corrosion resistance and the ability to withstand higher voltages (up to 5 V). The aluminum coating also prevents reactions between the electrolyte and the stainless-steel spring surface.
