1. Precise temperature control for improved efficiency: Utilizes a PID adaptive algorithm and high-sensitivity temperature sensor to ensure the electrolyzer operates within the optimal temperature range of 60°C–80°C (customizable).
2. Outputs a safe 24V DC voltage to ensure operational safety.
3. The thermocouple uses an aviation connector for easier plug-in and removal. A specially designed short thermocouple extends into the chamber, with the tip contacting the central area to avoid excessive exposure of the probe, ensuring accurate monitoring of the actual reaction zone temperature.
4. The heating socket adopts a straight plug design, saving space and allowing simple operation. It is also equipped with a dust cap, which can be securely closed when not in use to effectively prevent dust from entering and extend the service life.
5. A PID auto-tuning button is located on the back of the controller. When pressed as needed, the device will self-learn based on the current environment to achieve more precise temperature control.
