The Complete Grade Matrix
All nine Xnergy LPSCl grades share the same theoretical density (2 g/cm³), moisture specification (< 500 ppm), electronic conductivity ceiling (< 1 × 10⁻⁸ S/cm at 27 °C), and phase-purity requirement (clean Li-argyrodite primary phase, no detectable Li2S). They differ in composition and primary particle size, which together determine the achievable ionic conductivity. Each SKU below links directly to its position on our product page.

The Three Series, Explained
SC2 Series — Halogen-rich Argyrodite

The SC2 series is built on a chloride-enriched argyrodite lattice. Extra anion disorder on the Cl sites opens additional Li-ion transport channels, pushing room-temperature conductivity into the 5–10 mS/cm range — the highest of the three families. SC2-05UP sits at the top of the commercially available argyrodite conductivity spectrum at > 10 mS/cm, making it Xnergy's flagship grade for separator-layer applications where bulk transport is the limiting factor.

SC1 Series — Dual-Halogen Argyrodite
Advanced ResearchLi5.5PS4.5(Cl,Br)1.5
The SC1 series is a halogen-rich argyrodite in which part of the chloride is substituted with bromide. The larger Br⁻ anion further disrupts the lattice and alters grain-boundary chemistry, relevant for groups studying interfacial stability, electrode–electrolyte compatibility, and advanced halide engineering. SC1-500P is the only Xnergy grade that extends down to < 0.5 μm for thin-film and slurry-cast applications.

SC0 Series — Classical Li6PS5Cl
Literature BenchmarkLi6PS5Cl
The SC0 series is the literature-standard composition: Li6PS5Cl, the argyrodite that appears in the majority of published benchmarking studies. If you need reproducibility against the published record — for peer review, for method validation, for teaching purposes — this is the composition to specify. The SC0 series covers the full particle-size range from > 5 μm down to < 1 μm, giving you a matched set of grades for every position in the cell.

Every Xnergy LPSCl lot is characterized with the same analytical suite, with results reported on the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) that accompanies every shipment:
Handling, Packaging & Shipping
Every order is supplied in vacuum-sealed glass vials under argon, in packaging suitable for direct glove-box transfer. Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture when containers remain sealed under inert atmosphere.
Standard research quantities: 10 g, 25 g, 50 g, 1 kg. Custom larger quantities available for pilot-scale programs on request.
All international shipments are classified as hazardous material and ship with the required packaging, documentation, and carrier certifications. Please allow additional lead time for hazmat processing relative to standard chemical shipments.
