Circulating Purification System Glove Box XN-JMT

SKU: XN-JMT-12

Circulating Purification System Glove Box XN-JMT combines a stainless steel glove box with a gas purification system to form a closed working environment. The box atmosphere is continuously circulated through a purification column to remove water and oxygen, reaching ≤1 ppm.

It features 10-inch touch-screen PLC control, material and tool transition cabins each evacuable to -0.1 MPa, HEPA filtration, and a low leakage rate — built for high-purity inert-atmosphere R&D.

Name: Circulating Purification System Glove Box XN-JMT
Equipment Type: Circulating Gas Purification Glove Box
Product Code: XN-JMT
Brand: Xnergy

Product Introduction:

The XN-JMT Circulating Purification System Glove Box combines a glove box with a gas purification system to form a closed working environment. The box is filled with inert gas (such as nitrogen), and the atmosphere is continuously circulated through the purification system to remove active substances, so that the chamber maintains a high-cleanliness, high-purity inert-gas environment in which water and oxygen can reach 1 ppm or less.

Key Features:

Closed-loop circulation purification — the atmosphere is continuously circulated through the purification column to remove water and oxygen
Single purification column for dewatering and deoxidizing, reaching ≤1 ppm water and oxygen
SUS304 stainless steel chamber with a 12 mm double-laminated tempered-glass viewing panel
10-inch color touch-screen PLC control with bilingual (English/Chinese) interface, plus pressure and water/oxygen sensors
Material and tool transition cabins, each evacuable to -0.1 MPa
Two HEPA filters (0.3 µm) plus built-in box filters keep the gas path clean
Low leakage rate (≤0.005 vol%/h) and low noise (50–60 dB)
Mobile rack with universal casters; top fittings for overhead-crane handling

Structure Specification:

The system runs as a closed loop: gas leaves the box chamber through the circulating intake main pipeline, passes through the purification system (fed by working gas and mixed-gas cylinders with pressure-reducing valves), and returns via the circulating return gas main pipeline. A vacuum pump serves the box and the material and tool transition compartments, while built-in HEPA filters keep the circulating gas clean. The diagram below shows the gas-flow layout.

Application Areas:

Lithium-ion battery and materials R&D in a high-purity inert atmosphere
Handling and assembly of air- and moisture-sensitive materials at ≤1 ppm water and oxygen
Continuous closed-loop inert-gas operation
Semiconductor, ceramics, and advanced-materials research
Processes requiring vacuum-capable material and tool transfer

Maintenance:

Regenerate or service the purification column per the recommended schedule
Inspect the gloves, seals, valves, and water/oxygen sensors regularly
Check the vacuum pump and the HEPA filters at the box gas path
Keep the working and mixed gas supplies within the specified purity

Safety Notes:

Use only the specified working and mixed gases at the rated pressures
Follow the correct evacuation and back-fill sequence for the transition cabins
Do not exceed the rated box working pressure range
Replace damaged gloves or seals promptly to maintain the atmosphere

Specifications are provided for reference and may be adjusted to suit specific process requirements. Configuration and options are specified at order time.

Note: Specifications listed above are typical and for reference only. The XN-JMT Circulating Purification System Glove Box maintains a high-purity inert atmosphere by continuously circulating the box gas through a purification column, holding water and oxygen at ≤1 ppm, with vacuum-capable material and tool transition cabins and 10-inch touch-screen control. It is built for lithium-ion battery, semiconductor, and advanced-materials R&D, where Cathode Materials and Anode Materials are handled and assembled in an oxygen-free environment. It sits alongside the regeneration-based XN-CMT Purification System Glove Box in Xnergy’s purification line; for simpler vacuum-only work, the XN-STX Stainless Steel Glove Box is a more economical choice.
