Product Introduction:
The XN-AWS-100 is designed for automated production of wound prismatic lithium-ion cells. Cathode and anode sheets are introduced separately and wound together with two separator layers according to the programmed process.
The machine automatically applies termination tape and unloads the finished cell. Dual winding mandrels, active separator unwinding, encoder-based speed control, and pneumatic proportional tension control support stable, repeatable production.
