The XN-FVHS-400 performs the secondary final-sealing stage for aluminum-laminated pouch cells. It automatically pierces the gas pocket, evacuates released gas and heat-seals the pouch inside a controlled vacuum chamber. Its 350 mm sealing blades and 340 mm maximum effective seal length support large-format pouch-cell finishing workflows.
