The CR2032 designation follows the international standard IEC 60086: “C” denotes lithium-based chemistry with a nominal voltage of 3 V, “R” indicates a round cell structure, “20” refers to the 20 mm outer diameter, and “32” represents the 3.2 mm total thickness.
