High-purity elemental sulfur powder (≥ 99%, CAS 7704-34-9) for use as cathode-active material in lithium–sulfur (Li–S) batteries and related applications. Produced by mechanical processing, the material features high purity, a clean surface free of impurities, and a uniform particle size distribution. Available in nano to micron particle sizes from 20 nm to 5 μm. All grades are vacuum-packaged to prevent oxidation. Nano grades (20–200 nm) have quasi-spherical morphology; submicron and micron grades (500 nm to 5 μm) have irregular morphology.
