XN-MF-1600 is a 1600°C laboratory muffle furnace for heat treatment, sintering, and material research. The furnace uses MoSi2 heating rods and a dual-layer ceramic fiber insulation structure (1800°C first layer, 1600°C second layer) inside a double-layer steel casing with dual cooling fans that keep the outer shell below 60°C. Temperature is controlled by PID automatic control via SCR (silicon controlled rectifier) with 30 programmable segments, built-in PID auto-tuning, and overheating and broken-thermocouple protection; the system can operate unattended. A B-type thermocouple provides temperature feedback with ±1°C accuracy.
