SEM Transfer Chamber
The SEM Transfer Chamber is designed for the safe and reliable transfer of air-sensitive samples during microscopic analysis. To meet the interface standards and vacuum requirements of different electron microscope brands, this solution supports brand-specific customization and multi-specification compatibility, making it suitable for systems from Zeiss, Thermo Fisher, Hitachi, and other platforms.
To improve adaptability, the chamber is equipped with three precision spacer blocks (2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm), allowing users to easily adjust the sample height according to the actual thickness of the specimen. This helps ensure that the sample remains at an optimal working distance for accurate observation and high-quality imaging results.
The chamber body is manufactured with an anodized surface treatment, offering high cleanliness, strong inertness, and enhanced hardness.
