XN-TF-1600 is a 1600°C laboratory tube furnace for heat treatment, calcination, and material sintering under controlled atmosphere. The furnace uses MoSi2 heating rods and a dual-layer alumina fiber insulation structure (1800°C inner layer, 1600°C outer layer) inside a textured stainless steel dual-shell housing with cooling fans. The standard work tube is an alumina ceramic tube OD 80 mm × 1000 mm length; the 300 mm heating zone is sealed by flanges with rubber gaskets and an analog vacuum gauge for controlled or vacuum atmosphere operation. Temperature is controlled by PID automatic control via SCR with 30 programmable segments, built-in PID auto-tuning, and overheating and broken-thermocouple protection. A B-type thermocouple provides ±1°C accuracy.
