XN-CP60 is a compact, manually operated disc cutter built for precision cutting of coin cell electrodes, separator films, and other thin battery materials. A precision linear-slide guide drives the upper punch into the lower die, delivering clean discs with no burr, no indentation, and no powder drop across the 0.005–0.5 mm thickness range. The aluminum-alloy body is corrosion-resistant, the footprint is small enough to enter a glovebox through a Φ200 mm antechamber, and die sizes from 3 to 24 mm are available to order. XN-CP60 is the standard table-top disc cutter for coin cell research labs requiring clean, consistent electrode discs without pneumatic or electrical infrastructure.
