The four-pillar guide structure keeps vertical alignment throughout the stroke, producing parts with vertical burr ≤15 μm, horizontal burr ≤20 μm, and ±0.1 mm punching accuracy. Die life exceeds 30,000 strokes, and an IR safety curtain at the feed inlet prevents operation if hands are in the cutting zone.
