XN-QMQ85 is a compact, gas-driven electrode die cutter designed for producing pouch cell cathode and anode electrodes in environments where no electrical power is available — most critically, inside Ar-atmosphere gloveboxes used for moisture- and oxygen-sensitive electrode materials such as lithium metal, lithium sulfide, and solid-state electrolyte sheets. The unit operates from 0.5–0.7 MPa compressed gas (Ar inside the glovebox; air compressor outside), with a maximum cutting force of 1 ton and a 35 mm stroke. Four-pillar guidance delivers ±0.1 mm cut precision with burr-free edges across material thicknesses up to 0.5 mm. Die life is approximately 30,000 strokes, and dies are quick to change. CE certified.
