XN-MQ280 is a precision electrode die-cutter for cutting cathode and anode sheets with integrated tab cutouts for pouch cell production and research. Pre-cut electrode strip is fed from the front and aligned via infrared positioning before a pneumatic booster cylinder drives the die group down in a single clean stroke. The four-pillar guide structure keeps vertical alignment throughout the stroke, producing parts with vertical burr ≤15 μm, horizontal burr ≤20 μm, and ±0.1 mm punching accuracy. Die life exceeds 30,000 strokes, and an IR safety curtain at the feed inlet prevents operation if hands are in the cutting zone. XN-MQ280 bridges the gap between fully manual die cutting and high-speed automated lines, delivering 800–2,000 pieces/hour in a safe, foot-switch-operated workflow.
