Battery Micro Short-Circuit Tester (High-Pressure Impact Type)
I. Product Introduction
This equipment is designed based on the high-pressure impact principle to perform micro short-circuit testing on pouch battery electrodes.
The insulation level and internal short-circuit condition of battery electrodes are evaluated by measuring leakage current and insulation resistance. The system integrates temperature control, pressure application, and insulation resistance testing into one device.
The equipment features simple operation and convenient use, and can be applied to forming and short-circuit testing of lithium-ion battery cells and finished batteries. It is suitable for lithium battery manufacturers, research institutes, and laboratory testing environments.

Precise pressure control
Proportional valve control with pressure sensor feedback enables accurate pressure adjustment and real-time pressure display. -
Integrated hot-press forming
Hot-press forming of both battery cells and finished batteries can be performed during testing to ensure a flat and uniform appearance. -
Multiple testing modes
Supports both manual testing mode and automatic testing mode. -
High-precision insulation resistance testing
Detects micro short circuits in battery cells and evaluates battery safety performance. -
Combined thermal and pressure testing
Short-circuit testing can be conducted under controlled heating and pressure conditions. -
Accurate temperature control
The working platform temperature can be adjusted through the temperature controller panel. Current and set temperatures are displayed on the LCD screen. -
Adjustable working pressure
The pressure of the upper and lower platforms can be adjusted through a pressure regulating valve. -
Safety protection system
Equipped with a light curtain safety protection device. -
Flexible parameter settings
Hot-press time, temperature, and pressure are fully adjustable.

V. Maintenance Method

Frequently wipe the equipment with a soft cloth soaked in alcohol to keep it clean.

Lubricate the moving parts regularly to ensure smooth operation.

If the equipment is not used for a long period, clean moving components and apply anti-rust oil for protection.

Regularly inspect screws, nuts, pins, and other fasteners to prevent loosening and avoid equipment failure.
