Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump XN-MZT Series

SKU: XN-MZT

Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump XN-MZT Series uses an eccentric rotor with spring-loaded sliding vanes to draw and compress gas, producing a stable working vacuum for laboratory and glove-box duties.

The oil-sealed series offers pumping rates from 2 to 8 L/s with motor powers of 0.37 to 1.5 kW, in compact units with an integral oil reservoir.

Name: Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump XN-MZT Series
Equipment Type: Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump
Product Code: XN-MZT
Brand: Xnergy

Product Introduction:

The XN-MZT Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is built around a stator, rotor, rotary vanes, stator cover, and springs. The rotor is mounted eccentrically in the stator cavity — its outer circle nearly tangent to the inner surface of the stator, with a very small gap — and two rotary vanes slide in the rotor slots, held against the stator wall by spring tension and centrifugal force. As the rotor turns, the vanes continuously sweep along the inner wall to draw and compress gas, producing the vacuum. The series offers pumping rates from 2 to 8 L/s.

Key Features:

Rotary vane design with an eccentric rotor and spring-loaded vanes
Pumping rates from 2 to 8 L/s across the series
Oil-sealed operation for a stable working vacuum
Compact, motor-driven units with an integral oil reservoir
Well suited to laboratory and glove-box evacuation duties

Application Areas:

Evacuating glove boxes, vacuum ovens, and chambers
Backing pump for laboratory vacuum systems
Degassing, drying, and vacuum impregnation
Battery R&D — electrode drying and cell-related vacuum steps
General laboratory and small-scale vacuum duties

Maintenance:

Check the oil level and condition regularly; change oil per the schedule
Inspect the inlet filter and seals for wear
Keep the pump and cooling vents clean and unobstructed
Run the pump with the correct oil and inlet conditions to protect the vanes

Safety Notes:

Connect to the correct power supply and ensure proper grounding
Avoid drawing in liquids, dust, or corrosive vapors without suitable traps
Allow the motor to cool before servicing
Use appropriate exhaust handling for the pumped gases
