The XN-JMT Circulating Purification System Glove Box combines a glove box with a gas purification system to form a closed working environment. Structure Specification:
The system runs as a closed loop: gas leaves the box chamber through the circulating intake main pipeline, passes through the purification system (fed by working gas and mixed-gas cylinders with pressure-reducing valves), and returns via the circulating return gas main pipeline. A vacuum pump serves the box and the material and tool transition compartments, while built-in HEPA filters keep the circulating gas clean. The diagram below shows the gas-flow layout.
