Name: Manual Laboratory Pellet Press XN-HYC Series
Equipment Type: Manual Pellet Press
Product Code: XN-HYC
Brand: Xnergy
Product Introduction
The Xnergy XN-HYC series manual laboratory pellet press is widely used in new materials, superconductors, powder ceramics, advanced batteries, building materials, and metallurgical powder research. Using dedicated molds, it presses KBr, NaCl, Al₂O₃, and other powder materials into pellets, cylinders, and custom-shaped specimens for scientific analysis — compatible with infrared spectroscopy (IR) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) instruments. The integrated one-piece design houses the hydraulic cylinder, oil reservoir, mainboard, and piston in a single body, minimizing oil leak points and simplifying maintenance. Four model variants cover pressure ranges from 15 T to 40 T, with pointer gauge (HYC-15S / HYC-24S) or high-precision digital display (HYC-30S / HYC-40S) options. Applications include scientific research, spectral analysis, gem analysis, pharmaceutical chemistry, ceramic materials, catalysis, energy battery development, and metallurgical analysis.

Storage
Keep the press clean and dry after each use. Wipe down the piston, working table, and frame to remove residual powder. Lubricate moving parts periodically to maintain smooth operation. If the unit will not be used for an extended period, apply a thin coat of anti-rust oil to exposed metal surfaces and store in a dry environment.
Note
Do not exceed the rated pressure limit of the selected model. Ensure the mold is correctly seated before applying pressure. If oil leakage or abnormal resistance is observed during operation, stop immediately and contact Xnergy technical support.
