The XN-EDE200 combines four pouch-cell preparation steps in one system: vacuum preparation, electrolyte filling, controlled standing and hot-press pre-sealing. Vacuum is applied before filling to support consistent electrolyte absorption, while the adjustable sealing station completes the pre-sealing step under controlled temperature, pressure and time.
