XN-FT300 is a benchtop semi-automatic slitting machine for cutting coated battery electrode strip into narrow strips for cylindrical cell research and pilot production. Upper-and-lower circular knife pairs — driven at equal speed by synchronous transmission — deliver a rolling cut across strip widths from 20 to 300 mm with adjustable blade engagement and a speed range up to 2 m/min. An adjustable guide bar positions the infeed strip, and a plexiglass guard at the blade provides operator safety. Standard blade spacer set produces 56 mm and 58 mm strips; other widths from 20 to 300 mm are available by custom order. The open-frame blade mount allows quick blade removal for inspection and cleaning.
