XN-LFT300 is a roll-to-roll continuous slitting machine designed for high-precision narrow-strip cutting of lithium battery electrode foil, metal foil, optical film, and other functional film materials. An ultrafine alloy steel upper-and-lower circular knife set cuts the web at up to 4 m/min, with blade engagement adjustable 0.2–0.4 mm via dial indicator. A built-in correction system keeps the input roll tracking true for neat output coils. Slitting width is adjusted by swapping spacer sleeves on the knife shaft — the unit is designed for complete set replacement for easy disassembly and changeover. Slitting accuracy is ±0.09 mm with a burr level ≤25 μm. PLC control and HMI operation simplify parameter setup. Materials thickness range is 100–300 μm.
