Product Introduction:

The XN-HS-300 is an integrated heat sealing machine for the top and side
edges of aluminum-laminated pouch lithium batteries. Resistance heaters transfer
heat to copper sealing heads. Under controlled temperature and pressure, the
aluminum-plastic film softens and fuses to form a flat, uniform seal.

The machine can perform both top and side sealing without replacing the
sealing head. Adjustable temperature, pressure, sealing time, and seal-edge
position support different pouch-cell formats and process requirements.

Operation and Maintenance:

Clean the equipment regularly with a soft cloth and alcohol, lubricate moving
parts, and inspect screws, nuts, pins, and other fasteners. Keep hands away from
heated and moving areas during operation. If the machine remains unused for an
extended period, clean the moving components and apply suitable rust protection.
Only authorized technical personnel should service the equipment.
