The XN-HS-200 is designed for top-edge and side-edge sealing of aluminum-plastic laminate pouch lithium-ion batteries. Its electric actuator applies controlled pressure while resistance heaters transfer heat through copper sealing heads, softening and bonding the laminate. Top and side sealing can be completed without changing the die.

Operation:
After the set temperature is reached, position the pouch-cell edge beneath the sealing head and activate the foot switch. The electric actuator lowers the upper heated head to press and thermally bond the aluminum-plastic laminate. Remove the cell after the sealing cycle is complete.
Maintenance and Safety:
- Keep the upper and lower sealing heads clean.
- Lubricate the linear guides and moving parts regularly.
- Inspect screws, nuts, pins, and other fasteners periodically.
- For extended storage, clean exposed moving parts and apply rust-preventive oil.
- Keep hands clear of the hot sealing heads and moving zones during operation.
- Only trained personnel may operate, disassemble, or service the machine.
