The XN-SKMG-150 is designed for automatic Z-fold assembly of cathode sheets, anode sheets, and separator. The system performs robotic electrode pickup, secondary positioning, automatic stacking, separator feeding and correction, constant-tension control, separator cutting, and finished-cell removal. Tape application is completed manually.
Adjustable locating fixtures accommodate multiple cell sizes. Separate positive- and negative-electrode gripping mechanisms help prevent cross-contamination, while PLC and HMI control support repeatable operation and convenient adjustment.
