XNFKJ-700 is an HHO hydrogen-oxygen quartz tube flame sealing machine used for air-free and moisture-free vacuum sealing of quartz ampoules and quartz tubes. The system generates hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis of pure or distilled water at the ideal 2:1 combustion ratio, producing a concentrated, stable hydrogen-oxygen flame that reaches up to 3000°C — sufficient for quartz melting and flame sealing. Gas output is continuously adjustable from 0 to 700 L/h (100% stepless); gas is generated on demand with no storage required. The system includes a vacuum sealing port and vacuum pump. Dynamic sealing with automatic tube rotation ensures uniform heating. Safety systems include a flashback arrestor built into the flame torch, additional pipeline flashback arrestors, a wet-type internal anti-backfire system, and automatic pressure control (production stops at 0.2 MPa, resumes below 0.08 MPa). Operating status and fault alarms are shown on a graphical display.
