Product Introduction:

Powder tablet press molds (dies) are used with a tablet press to form powder samples into tablets or pellets. During pressing, the sample is loaded into the mold and compacted; the mold is then opened to demold the finished tablet. Sample-Making and Demolding Process:

Each mold supports a two-step workflow: a sample-making step, in which the powder is loaded and pressed into shape, and a demolding step, in which the formed tablet is released from the die. The illustration below shows the sample-making and demolding process for square, round, and open-mold types.
