Light Plastic Type Roller Jar Mill XN-QS Series

SKU: XN-QS

Light Plastic Type Roller Jar Mill XN-QS Series rotates lightweight grinding jars and bottles on a pair of rollers, with variable-frequency, program-controlled stepless speed regulation. Wear-resistant polyurethane-lined rollers increase friction and keep jars from slipping or deforming, while a dual active-shaft drive turns even very light jars directly.

Available in single- and dual-layer configurations with up to 16 stations, it is easy to move on universal wheels and runs stably on balancing feet.

Name: Light Plastic Type Roller Jar Mill XN-QS Series
Equipment Type: Light Plastic Type Roller Jar Mill
Product Code: XN-QS
Brand: Xnergy

Product Introduction:

The XN-QS Light Plastic Type Roller Jar Mill is a belt-driven roller mill that rotates grinding jars and bottles on a pair of rollers for grinding and mixing. It is especially suited to lightweight jars: a dual active-shaft transmission drives the rollers so that even very light jars turn directly and reliably. Variable-frequency, program-controlled stepless speed regulation lets the operator fine-tune rotation speed for different samples, and the integral rollers are lined with a wear-resistant polyurethane sleeve that increases the friction coefficient and prevents the jar from slipping or deforming. The series is offered in single- and dual-layer configurations with up to 16 stations for multi-jar batch processing.

Key Features:

Variable-frequency, program-controlled stepless speed regulation
Integral rollers lined with a wear-resistant polyurethane sleeve to increase friction and prevent jar slipping and deformation
Dual active-shaft transmission drives even the lightest jars directly
Universal wheels for easy movement, with balancing feet for stable operation
Compatible with commonly used laboratory fluorination bottles
Suitable for jars of approximately φ60 × 125 mm and φ67 × 190 mm

Technical Specifications:

Model Jar Size Roller Length Power Voltage Layers / Stations Transmission
XN-QS-4 55–80 mm φ38 × 422 mm 0.25 kW Configurable according to local electrical standards. 1 layer / 4 stations Belt
XN-QS-16-A 80–130 mm φ58 × 670 mm 1.1 kW Configurable according to local electrical standards. 2 layers / 16 stations Belt
XN-QS-16-B 55–90 mm φ58 × 670 mm 1.1 kW Configurable according to local electrical standards. 2 layers / 16 stations Belt

Application Areas:

Roller-type ball milling and mixing of materials held in jars or bottles
Laboratory grinding using lightweight plastic or fluoropolymer jars
Multi-jar batch processing across multiple stations
Sample preparation requiring adjustable, stepless rotation speed
Battery R&D — grinding and mixing of cathode, anode, and slurry materials

Maintenance:

Keep the polyurethane roller sleeves clean and inspect them for wear
Check that jars are seated correctly and balanced before starting
Inspect the belt drive and universal feet periodically
Keep the machine clean and dry when not in use

Safety Notes:

Ensure jars are securely seated and lids are sealed before operation
Do not exceed the rated jar size, load, or station capacity
Lock the universal wheels and confirm the feet are balanced before running
Operate at a speed appropriate to the jar and sample

Specifications are provided for reference and may be adjusted to suit specific process requirements. Model and configuration are specified at order time.

Note: Specifications listed above are typical and for reference only. Actual performance depends on the material, media, and jar. The XN-QS Light Plastic Type Roller Jar Mill is built for rolling lightweight jars and bottles: its dual active-shaft drive turns even very light jars directly, the polyurethane-lined rollers prevent slipping and deformation, and variable-frequency stepless speed control suits delicate sample work. It is well matched to light polymer and fluoropolymer jars such as the XN-MJ-PTFE PTFE Grinding Jar and the XN-MJ-PU Polyurethane Grinding Jar, and works with the commonly used laboratory fluorination bottles noted above. For standard or heavier-duty roller milling across more stations, see the XN-GMS-FO Four Station Roller Jar Mill; for higher-energy grinding, the planetary XN-YXQM Series is the step up.
