Three-Dimensional Vibration Ball Mill XN-SQM-2
SKU: XN-SQM-2
Three-Dimensional Vibration Ball Mill XN-SQM-2 uses double-jar, high-speed three-dimensional oscillation for fast, uniform grinding and mixing. It is a compact laboratory unit for preparing ultrafine powders and nanomaterials, combining high efficiency with small size and light weight.
Beyond grinding and mixing, it is also suitable for mechanical alloying. Grinding time and vibration frequency are digitally set and displayed for highly repeatable results, and grinding jars are available in a wide range of materials.

Name: Three-Dimensional Vibration Ball Mill XN-SQM-2
Equipment Type: Three-Dimensional Vibration Ball Mill (Double-Jar)
Product Code: XN-SQM-2
Brand: Xnergy
Product Introduction:
The XN-SQM-2 Three-Dimensional Vibration Ball Mill uses double-jar, high-speed three-dimensional oscillation to grind and mix a wide range of materials. It is a small laboratory unit for preparing ultrafine powders and nanomaterials, with the advantages of high efficiency, small size, light weight, and low cost.
In addition to grinding and mixing, the XN-SQM-2 is also suitable for mechanical alloying. During high-energy ball milling, metal or non-metal powders and particles are repeatedly mixed, crushed, and cold welded, gradually refined, and form alloy phase nuclei in the solid state — so materials that were difficult to produce by traditional smelting can be alloyed during the ball milling process.
Key Features:
Fast, efficient grinding and homogenization with short grinding time; suitable for rapid sample preparation for XRF analysis
Extremely high efficiency, with double-jar grinding
Grinding time and vibration frequency are digitally set and displayed for highly repeatable results
A wide range of ball (media) materials is available, suited to different experiments
R-angle design inside the jar prevents material from piling up

Ensure both jars are securely clamped before starting
Keep the cover closed during operation
Do not exceed the rated sample or batch capacity
Set the vibration frequency and time appropriately for the sample
Specifications are provided for reference and may be adjusted to suit specific process requirements. Grinding kit material and configuration are specified at order time.
Note: Specifications listed above are typical and for reference only. Actual performance depends on the material, media, and jar. The XN-SQM-2 Three-Dimensional Vibration Ball Mill is a compact, high-energy double-jar mill that uses 3D oscillation for fast, repeatable preparation of ultrafine powders and nanomaterials — including rapid sample prep for XRF — and is also capable of mechanical alloying. Grinding jars are available in many materials: tungsten carbide suits hard samples and alloying, while zirconia and agate suit high-purity work — see the XN-MJ-WC Tungsten Carbide and XN-MJ-ZR Zirconia grinding jars. For mechanical alloying or sub-micron grinding at higher energy, the XN-MAX1600 Ultra High Energy Ball Mill is a step up; for larger batch capacities, the planetary XN-YXQM Series is an alternative.
