Sieve Shaker XN-ZDS Series

SKU: XN-ZDS

Sieve Shaker XN-ZDS Series is a vibrating test sieve shaker that uses a vibration motor to drive a stack of standard sieves, separating a sample into defined particle-size fractions. It covers a 5–1000 mesh range and accepts up to eight sieve layers, separating 2–7 fractions in a single run.

Available in 200, 300, 400, and 600 mm sieve diameters, with sieves in stainless steel or nylon and an optional ultrasonic system for ultra-fine powders. Compact, low-noise, and platform-mounted with no fixing required.

Name: Sieve Shaker XN-ZDS Series
Equipment Type: Laboratory Vibrating Test Sieve Shaker for Particle-Size Classification
Product Code: XN-ZDS
Brand: Xnergy

Product Introduction:

The XN-ZDS Series Sieve Shaker is a vibrating test sieve shaker that uses a vibration motor as its drive source. The motor vibrates the base, which transmits the motion to a stack of standard test sieves mounted on it. Particles smaller than each sieve’s mesh pass down to the next sieve, so every layer retains material of a single size band — separating the sample by particle size, determining its size composition, and screening, grading, and filtering it in one operation. The series covers 200, 300, 400, and 600 mm sieve diameters with a 5–1000 mesh selection range, and an optional ultrasonic system is available for ultra-fine powders.

Key Features:

Screens any powder or liquid with high efficiency in a compact, durable, easy-to-move design
Accepts up to eight sieve layers (including the bottom pan), separating 2–7 particle fractions at once
Programmable timer for automatic shutdown
Ensures repeatable, reproducible screening results
Low noise and lightweight; platform operation with no need for fixing down
Optional ultrasonic system for ultra-fine powders
Sieves available in stainless steel or nylon

Technical Specifications:

Model Screen Mesh Diameter Number of Screen Layers Screen Material Screen Selection Range Voltage Power
XN-ZDS-200 200 mm 6 Layers + Frame Nylon/Metal 5–1000 mesh Configurable according to local electrical standards 0.125 kW
XN-ZDS-300 300 mm 6 Layers + Frame Metal 5–1000 mesh Configurable according to local electrical standards 0.125 kW
XN-ZDS-400 400 mm 6 Layers + Frame Metal 5–1000 mesh Configurable according to local electrical standards 0.18 kW
XN-ZDS-600 600 mm 6 Layers + Frame Metal 5–1000 mesh Configurable according to local electrical standards 0.37 kW

Standard configuration is six sieve layers plus frame; the unit accepts up to eight layers. Sieve material (stainless steel or nylon) and the optional ultrasonic system are specified at order time, and custom configurations are available on request.

Application Areas:

Particle-size classification and separation of powders and granular materials
Particle-size distribution analysis and quality control of incoming or processed materials
Screening, grading, and filtering across a 5–1000 mesh range
Separating a sample into 2–7 fractions in a single run
Ultra-fine powder screening with the optional ultrasonic system
Battery R&D — sizing and quality-checking cathode, anode, and other powder materials

Maintenance:

Clean the sieves, frame, and base with a soft brush after each use
Periodically lubricate moving parts to ensure smooth operation
If the equipment is not used for an extended period, clean and dry the sieves and apply protective measures to bare metal surfaces
Periodically inspect clamps and fasteners for secure assembly
Inspect sieve mesh regularly for wear or damage and replace to maintain screening accuracy

Safety Notes:

Keep hands clear of the sieve stack and moving base during operation
The unit should be operated by a single trained operator
Disassembly and internal servicing should be performed only by qualified technicians
Verify the electrical installation and stable placement before operation
Ensure the sieve stack and clamps are properly secured before starting

Specifications are provided for reference and may be adjusted to suit specific process requirements. Sieve material and accessory configuration are specified at order time.

Note: Specifications listed above are typical and for reference only. Actual screening performance depends on the material, mesh selection, load, and operating time. The XN-ZDS Series sits at the classification and quality-control stage of the workflow rather than size reduction — after material is crushed or milled, the sieve shaker separates it into defined size fractions (5–1000 mesh) and verifies its particle-size distribution. The powders it classifies are typically produced upstream on equipment such as the XN-MT10 Jaw Crusher and XN-PM-200 Disc Crusher for dry crushing, the XN-YXQM Planetary Ball Mill for fine grinding, or the XN-MS Nano Sand Mill for wet nano-grinding. For the battery powders most often sized and checked on this unit, see our Cathode Materials and Anode Materials ranges.
