XN-CX120 is a coin cell disassembler with lighter weight and a smaller footprint. The coin cell disassembling machine is suitable for disassembling various types of coin cells, such as CR2032, CR2025, and CR2016, without destroying the internals of the cell in order to study the materials inside. It can also disassemble CR2325, CR2450, and other special size cases with optional die sets. In addition, customers can easily replace the original die for crimping purpose.
| Model | Coin Cell Disassembling Machine XN-CX120 |
|---|---|
| Standard Disassembling Die | • One set of disassembling dies for CR2032, CR2025, and CR2016 • PTFE anti-corrosion core prevents short-circuiting • Die is consumable |
| Pressure | Max. 8 metric tons hydraulic with automatic return |
| Structure | Heavy-duty steel platform |
| Product Dimensions | With handle: 280 mm (L) × 280 mm (W) × 333 mm (H) Without handle: 228 mm (L) × 176.8 mm (W) × 333 mm (H) |
| Net Weight / Shipping Weight | 25 kg / 35 kg |
| Maintenance & Care | Electrolytes are highly corrosive. The die set must be cleaned with ethanol after each experiment to avoid corrosion damage. Turn the hydraulic valve to the lock position when not in use. |
| Warning & Application Notes | • Built-in hydraulic pump is not designed to hold high pressure for long periods. Pressure will be gradually released after reaching 50–80 kg/cm² (sufficient for disassembling coin cells). • Not recommended for use in Class 1000 clean rooms. |
| Key Features | • PTFE anti-corrosion dies for safe disassembly • Hydraulic drive, easy operation • Ideal for failure analysis and electrode sampling of coin cells |
