Manual Hydraulic Coin Cell Crimping Machine XN-CCM-20
SKU: XN-CCM-20
Manual Hydraulic Coin Cell Crimping Machine XN-CCM-20 is a compact manual hydraulic machine for laboratory coin-cell and capacitor sealing, sample preparation and small-batch trial production. The standard tungsten-steel die supports 20-series coin cells; replaceable die components can support 24, 18, 16, 12 and other custom series. Normal crimping uses a documented pressure-gauge reading of 50–70 kg/cm².

Operating Procedure
- Place the cell: With the die open, place the coin cell flat in the lower-die locating recess with the negative side facing upward. Tighten the pressure-release handwheel clockwise to its limit.
- Crimp the cell: Pump the manual lever until the dies close. A documented gauge reading of approximately 50–70 kg/cm² is used for normal coin-cell crimping.
- Remove the cell: Loosen the pressure-release handwheel counterclockwise by approximately half a turn. After the die opens automatically, remove the sealed cell.
- Adjust sealing height: Loosen the side set screw on the sealing-height limit nut, rotate the nut to the required height, then retighten the set screw.
Applications
- Coin-cell laboratory assembly and sealing
- Capacitor research sealing
- Small-batch cell trial production
- Coin-cell disassembly with compatible dies
- Electrode-disc and powder-pellet pressing with compatible dies
Safety and Maintenance Note: Place each cell flat in the locating recess with the negative side upward. Keep hands away from guide columns, sliding plates and die areas during operation. Keep moving parts clean and lubricated, and periodically inspect screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners. Consult Xnergy before adjusting the machine beyond the documented normal pressure range.
