XNVQ-01 is a laboratory glass tube vacuum sealing machine for airtight sealing of quartz tubes in vacuum or inert gas atmosphere. The tube rotates automatically during vacuum pumping (0–100 rpm, adjustable) to ensure uniform heating and high sealing efficiency. A dynamic sealing mechanism achieves a vacuum leak rate of ≤ 2 × 10−11 Pa·m³/s. A built-in powder backflow prevention device protects the vacuum pump from sample contamination. The machine accepts quartz tubes of Φ10–Φ23 mm (custom diameters available on request) and can be operated in inclined or vertical positions; the sealing assembly adjusts to a maximum vertical position for tubes up to 1–2 m or longer. An isolation valve allows vacuum transfer after sample loading inside a glove box.
