Stirred Ball Mill XN-SJM Series
SKU: XN-SJM
Stirred Ball Mill XN-SJM Series uses a vertically rotating agitator to drive grinding media inside a fixed barrel, delivering circulating high-energy, water-cooled, pollution-free dispersion, homogenization, grinding, and mixing. Samples can be inspected and abrasives added without stopping the machine.
Frequency-conversion speed regulation freely adjusts the stirring-rod speed, the stirring rod is a replaceable consumable, and the grinding tank can be specified in zirconia, polyurethane, stainless steel, or PTFE, in capacities from 2 L to 50 L.

Name: Stirred Ball Mill XN-SJM Series
Equipment Type: Stirred Ball Mill
Product Code: XN-SJM
Brand: Xnergy
Product Introduction:
The XN-SJM Stirred Ball Mill uses a vertically rotating agitator to drive the grinding media and material. The barrel stays fixed while the agitator does the work, so samples can be inspected and abrasives added without stopping the machine. Two or more substances can be dispersed into one another for uniform mixing, which also accelerates heat and mass transfer. With circulating high-energy water cooling, the mill provides pollution-free dispersion, homogenization, grinding, and mixing.
Key Features:
Frequency-conversion speed regulation, with the stirring-rod speed freely adjustable for different experimental effects
Stirring rod is a freely replaceable consumable, not limited to a single material’s experiments
Optional grinding tank materials: zirconia, polyurethane, stainless steel, or PTFE
Circulating water cooling for temperature control
Continuous sampling and abrasive addition without stopping the machine

Application Areas:
High-energy stirred grinding and dispersion of slurries
Wet fine grinding and homogenization of two or more substances
Continuous sampling and abrasive addition without stopping
Temperature-sensitive grinding using circulating water cooling
Battery R&D — dispersion and grinding of electrode slurries and active materials
Maintenance:
Inspect and replace the stirring rod as a consumable when worn
Check the grinding tank and seals before operation
Maintain the water-cooling circulation system and check coolant flow
Keep the tank and agitator clean to prevent cross-contamination
Safety Notes:
Keep hands and tools clear of the agitator during operation
Do not exceed the rated charging or tank capacity
Confirm water cooling is running before high-speed operation
Follow lockout procedures during maintenance and rod replacement
Specifications are provided for reference and may be adjusted to suit specific process requirements. Model, tank material, and configuration are specified at order time.
Note: Specifications listed above are typical and for reference only. Actual performance depends on the material, media, and tank. The XN-SJM Stirred Ball Mill uses a vertically rotating agitator to drive grinding media inside a fixed barrel, giving high-energy dispersion, homogenization, and fine wet grinding with water-cooling circulation; the stirring rod is a replaceable consumable, and the grinding tank can be specified in zirconia, polyurethane, stainless steel, or PTFE. For continuous, circulating wet grinding down to the sub-micron and nanometer range, the XN-MS Nano Sand Mill is the related bead-mill approach. The optional tank materials correspond to Xnergy’s zirconia and PTFE jars and other materials. For roller-type batch grinding at larger production volumes, see the XN-WQMG Light Type Roller Ball Mill; for dry, high-energy laboratory grinding, the planetary XN-YXQM Series is an alternative.
