The XN-CMT Purification System Glove Box fills a closed chamber with high-purity inert gas and uses a purification system to remove active substances — mainly O₂, H₂O, and organic vapors — so that water and oxygen can reach extremely low levels (≤0.1 ppm). It is suited to ultra-pure, water-, oxygen-, and dust-free environments, such as lithium-ion batteries and materials, ceramics, semiconductors, supercapacitors, and special lamps. The chamber is fully transparent and highly sealed and can be evacuated to about -0.1 MPa.
