Product Introduction:

The XN-SKMB-200 is designed for Z-fold stacking of cathode sheets, anode sheets, and separator in lithium-ion battery-cell assembly. An automatic separator-tension control system maintains stable feeding while a pneumatic cylinder moves the separator from side to side to form the Z-fold stack.

The cantilever structure provides convenient access during operation. Compared with manual stacking, the machine offers higher efficiency, better stacking alignment, and a wider applicable cell-size range for research samples and small-batch production.
