Product Introduction:

The XN-SKMC-200 is designed for Z-fold assembly of cathode sheets, anode sheets, and separator in stacked lithium-ion cells. The operator loads the electrode sheets, while positioning, robotic sheet pickup, separator feeding, correction, and stacking are completed automatically.

A single-cantilever structure, servo-controlled constant separator tension, and automatic web correction support stable and repeatable stacking. Adjustable fixtures accommodate different electrode sizes, making the system suitable for battery research, sample preparation, and small-batch development.
