Name: Split-Type Pouch Cell Top and Side Sealing Machine
Equipment Type: Split-Type Pouch Cell Heat Sealing Machine
Product Code: XN-HS-300-S
Brand: Xnergy
Product Introduction:
The XN-HS-300-S is designed for sealing the top and side edges of aluminum-laminated pouch lithium batteries. Its split structure separates the working unit from the control unit, making the compact sealing section easier to install and operate inside a glove box.
Resistance heaters transfer heat to copper sealing heads. Under controlled temperature and pressure, the aluminum-plastic film softens and fuses to form a flat, uniform seal. The same machine performs top and side sealing without replacing the sealing head.
Key Features:
Split working and control units for glove-box installation
Top and side sealing up to 300 mm
Copper sealing heads for efficient heat transfer
Room-temperature-to-250 °C adjustable sealing temperature
±2 °C temperature-control accuracy
Adjustable sealing pressure for different process requirements
Automatic and manual operating modes
Replaceable sealing blades for optional seal widths
Guided pneumatic actuation for parallel, uniform seals
Anti-scalding protection and material support table

Operation and Maintenance:
Keep the equipment clean with a soft cloth and alcohol, lubricate moving parts regularly, and inspect screws, nuts, pins, and other fasteners for looseness. If the machine will remain unused, clean the moving components and apply suitable rust protection. Keep hands and other body parts away from moving and heated areas, and allow only authorized technical personnel to service the equipment.
Note: Seal width, hard-seal thickness, process pressure, gas compatibility, fixtures, and electrical configuration can be adapted to the required pouch-cell process.
