Product Introduction:
The XN-HS-400 is an integrated heat sealing machine for the top and side
edges of aluminum-laminated pouch lithium batteries. Resistance heaters
transfer heat to copper sealing heads. Under controlled temperature and
pressure, the aluminum-plastic film softens and fuses to form a flat, uniform
seal.
Top and side sealing can be completed without changing the mold. Adjustable
temperature, pressure, sealing time, and seal-edge position support different
pouch-cell formats and process requirements.

Operation and Maintenance:
Keep the equipment clean with a soft cloth and alcohol, lubricate moving
parts regularly, and inspect screws, nuts, pins, and other fasteners. If the
machine will remain unused, clean the moving components and apply suitable rust
protection. Keep hands away from moving and heated areas, and allow only
authorized technical personnel to service the equipment.
