XN-HQ300 is an automatic roll-to-sheet electrode cutting machine for single-chip preparation of positive and negative electrode strips in lithium battery research and pilot production. Coiled electrode strip is automatically unwound via a tension-frame controlled discharge system, and an air-actuated blade cuts each sheet to a programmable length at speeds up to 250 mm/s. Two cutting modes — fixed-length and color-mark tracking — support multi-section layouts and allow front/back compensation at the cut point. PLC-based control with a simple interface allows arbitrary setting of cut length, quantity, and speed. Cutting precision is ±0.3 mm with a burr level ≤25 μm.
