Recommended Operating Procedure:
1. Clean all mold components with isopropyl alcohol or other suitable cleaning solvent before each use; dry thoroughly. 2. Apply a thin layer of vacuum grease or anti-seize compound between contacting surfaces and the PEEK sleeve to reduce friction. 3. Assemble the cell components in their designated positions. 4. Tighten the locking screws on the frame to maintain assembly integrity during transfer to the X-ray system. 5. Mount the assembled mold onto the X-ray sample stage. 6. Perform X-ray measurements together with electrochemical measurements as required. 7. After testing, disassemble and clean all components before storage.
Packaging & Storage:
The GT07 ships with all components, including the stainless steel frame, PEEK insulating sleeve, sealing components, and assembly hardware. Store in a dry environment at room temperature, protected from dust and moisture. After each use, clean components with isopropyl alcohol and store in a clean, dry environment.
